Job Requirements/ Daily Responsibilities
Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
Develop relationships with customers/carriers over the phone
Dispatch drivers/perform customer service duties
Soliciting, pricing, negotiating service requirements and closing new business
Extreme multi-tasking ability
Integrity, discipline, execution and communication skills

The Compensation
Our client has a unique, but attractive pay structure. The position comes full a full benefit package of: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, Simple IRA with company match, and paid time off. Account Executives have the following 3 compensation structures to choose from:

Option #1
Base Salary: $39,000 guaranteed
Benefits: 50% of health and dental insurance premium of employee
Commission: 15% of the profit margin for all profits up to $4,000 per week; 20% of the profit margin for all profits from $4,001 to $16,000 per week; 25% of the profit margin for all profits after $16,001 per week

Option #2
Base Salary: $0
Benefits: 50% of health and dental insurance premium of employee
Commission: 50% of the profit margin for all profits

Option #3 
Base Salary: $52,000
Benefits: 50% of health and dental insurance premium of employee
Commission: 2.5% of the profit margin for all profits
