  • Expand carrier base
  • Manage 4-5 carrier sales reps
  • Negotiate rates with customers
  • Supervise the operations department that builds capacity, runs dispatch, and tracks and traces shipments
  • Support the carrier sales team with pricing and covering of freight when needed
  • Understand, implement, and monitor SOP’s
  • Ensure all service and operating KPI’s are performing at or above target
  • Analyze data to ensure business growth
  • Prepare performance reviews and create action plans for performance improvement


  • Experience expanding a carrier base and building relationships with carriers
  • Experience managing 4-5 carrier sales reps
  • Ability to negotiate competitive rates to drive revenue
  • Must have leadership experience
