Our Client:
Our client has grown from $10 million to $90 million because of its aggressive and effective strategies.  They primarily focus on reefer, dry-van, and flatbed freight. This company has a great work environment, and its employees are rewarded handsomely. Must live in Florida or be willing to relocate to Florida.


  • Retain and grow accounts
  • Provide price and service negotiation with customers
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that will achieve corporate revenue goals
  • Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met
  • Meet or exceed sales quota as defined by the company
  • Manage RFPs and bids


  • Experience selling flatbed
  • Sales experience in a non-asset based environment
  • Portable book of business
  • Proven track record of generating profitable revenue
  • Adaptable and able to think/respond quickly
  • Able to build relationships and the ability to multitask
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, competitive and confident personality
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to handle negotiations
  • Remain knowledgable of the company’s product and services
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
