Our client is a family-owned business that has been in the logistics game for the last 35 years. This company has a fair, yet friendly atmosphere with strong management in place.  Our client moves over 1 million parcels every day providing world-class final mile distribution services to the print media and parcel industries.


  • Generate profitable parcel revenue and volume growth from the logistics vertical markets
  • Focus on customers headquartered in the Northeastern region
  • Develop and execute sales plans to obtain new clients while also driving organic growth after client acquisition
  • Target organizations to include existing ground and airfreight parcel delivery organizations such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx
  • Focus on opportunities that exceed $500,000
  • Conduct prospect and account sales calls
  • Meet regularly with the parcel sales leadership team in order to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Interface with the operations team to ensure optimal onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of the clients
  • Manage an assigned lead queue that includes research and acquisition of targeted lead and call lists
  • Collaborate with SMEs to enhance industry, customer and product knowledge
  • Manage, schedule and track assigned RFPs
  • Track all prospects, leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities in CRM


  • Able to understand parcel reseller organizations
  • Current sales connections in the northeastern corridor
  • 4+ years parcel sales experience
  • 2+ years in national account/key account/enterprise account role
  • Holds a “hunter” mindset
  • Self-driven and strongly accountable
  • Thrives in dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle adversity
